Modern air conditioning systems are highly efficient and reliable however, like any complex equipment require regular maintenance. Routine air conditioning maintenance will help avoid unexpected breakdowns, costly repairs in the future and will keep your operating energy costs to a minimum.
As part of our regular maintenance programme we will ensure that your equipment is compliant with the latest F-Gas Regulations and EU legislation. This legislation requires refrigerant leak testing at various intervals, dependant upon the size of the equipment. Refrigerant usage records are to be kept on site and we would provide this information as the legislation requires.
Under the Energy Performance of Buildings Directive (EPBD) all air conditioning units with a combined cooling capacity greater than 12KW are required to have a valid Air Conditioning Inspection Report and Certificate. The Inspection must be carried out every 5 years, we work closely with qualified Assessors and can arrange these assessments on your behalf.
